Marquette to Manage Three Chicagoland Rental Communities

Marquette Management has been named property manager for three rental developments in suburban Chicago. With Ovaltine Court in Villa Park, The Ponds of Naperville in Naperville, and Woodlands of Crest Hill in Crest Hill, the firm adds 1,290 apartments to its management portfolio, which now stands at more than 40 properties and 14,787 units.

Ovaltine Court offers 344 apartments with a variety of one- to two-bedroom floor plans in an adaptive reuse of the historically significant Ovaltine Factory. Located near Springbrook Prairie Forest Preserve, The Ponds of Naperville features 216 one- and two-bedroom apartments across multiple buildings. Situated on 17 wooded acres, The Woodlands of Crest Hill offers 730 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.

“Demand is strong for suburban rental in the Chicago area, but so are multifamily market headwinds, said Marquette Management COO Jim Cunningham. “Being awarded these property management contracts is a reflection of our track record and reputation for extraordinary service to both community residents and ownership.”
