Marquee Brands Consolidates with Move to Vornado’s Far West Offices

JLL completed a new transaction for Marquee Brands LLC at Vornado Realty Trust’s 330 W. 34th St. The global brand owner, marketing and media company, which controls the Martha Stewart and Emeril Lagasse brands, signed a lease for 27,811 square feet of office.

Marquee Brands was represented by a JLL team of Mitchell Konsker, Alexander Chudnoff, Benjamin Bass and Harrison Potter. Vornado was represented in-house by Josh Glick and Jared Silverman.

The move to 330 W. 34th offered a unique opportunity to consolidate Marquee Brand’s offices into a full floor, overlooking the redevelopment of Farley Post Office.

“Marquee Brands engaged us to find a new office for its growing organization, following its acquisition of the Martha Stewart and Emeril Lagasse brands,” said Bass. “Martha Stewart and Marquee’s home and food division will relocate from 601 W. 26th St. and join Marquee on the entire 15th floor.”
