Markward Group Arranges Sale of 83K-SF Industrial Facility in Easton

Markward Group has arranged the sale of an 83,320-square-foot industrial facility in Easton, MASS. The sales price was undisclosed.

Located just south of Boston, the nearly seven-acre property was built in 1990 and at the time of sale was leased to CADCo Distribution, which serves the outdoor power equipment industry.

Matt Macdonald of Markward Group represented the seller, Asbeshaus Trust, in the transaction. The buyer was Congdon Investments.
