Marketplace at Six Corners Retail Center in Chicago Trades Hands

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group brokered the sale of Marketplace at Six Corners, an urban shopping center anchored by Jewel-Osco, Marshalls, PetSmart, and Famous Footwear, to NewMark Merrill.

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principal Rick Drogosz was the exclusive broker in the transaction on behalf of IRC Retail Centers/DRA Advisors. The property was managed by Pine Tree at the time of the transaction.

Located at 4730 Irving Park Road, the property features a mix of credit tenancy and near-term value-add opportunities. Marketplace at Six Corners is a 116,941-square-foot center situated adjacent to the heavily trafficked intersection of three major thoroughfares, including Irving Park Road, Cicero Avenue, and North Milwaukee Avenue. Mid-America Real Estate focuses on retail real estate services in the Midwest, with full-service offices in Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
