Marketing Firm Subleases Condé Nast Space at One World Trade

JLL has completed a 48,000-square-foot long-term sublease with Constellation Agency on behalf of Advance Publications for the entire 21st floor of One World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan. The tenant is relocating from nearby 110 William St.

Peter Riguardi, chairman and president of JLL’s New York tri-state region, and vice chairmen Joseph Messina and Steven Rotter represented Advance, whose Condé Nast unit is headquartered at One World Trade.

Cushman & Wakefield EVP Dale Schlather and director Greg Herman represented Constellation Agency, an SaaS company that offers tech-enabled marketing and creative services, managing hyper-targeted campaigns through a proprietary advertising engine.

JLL is exclusive leasing agent for Advance, which is offering for sublease some 400,000 square feet of space at One World Trade. JLL also recently completed a 40,000-square-foot, long-term sublease for Reddit covering the tower’s entire 33rd floor.
