Marketing Agency Will Join 44 Wall’s Roster of Creative Tenants

Marketing agency Joan Creative is relocating from Midtown South to the Financial District in a move to Equity Office’s 44 Wall St. The agency will occupy 11,734 square feet at the 24-story 44 Wall, beginning in the fourth quarter after moving from 443 Park Ave. South.

“Lower Manhattan has been transformed into the preferred location for the city’s most innovative media brands, and the new 44 Wall is at the epicenter,” said Scott Silverstein of Equity Office.

Since acquiring 44 Wall in June 2016 and embarking on the building’s improvement program, Equity Office has attracted a number of creative and technology companies to the tower.

Silverstein and colleague Zachary Freeman represented Equity Office in-house. CBRE’s Adam Foster, Michael Rizzo, Zachary Price and Caroline Merck also represented the landlord. Joan Creative was advised by JLL’s C.J. Heitner and Howard Hersch.
