Houston's Market Square Tower apartments exploring hotel units

Market Square Tower Exploring Hotel Rooms, Event Rentals

The owners of Houston’s Market Square Tower are trying out a concept. They are thinking the posh amenities offered at the apartment tower are so upmarket that outsiders may want to use the tower for special events.

The Dallas News reported that Market Square Tower owner Westbranch Investments is testing out a new concept at the well known rental property.

The apartment tower is converting a dozen residences to hotel rooms that could be used by guests of residents, bridal parties, short-term residents, or the general public. Plus, some of the building’s amenity spaces, such as a 200-guest grand ballroom, a catering kitchen and dance floor will be offered for use as event venues.

For the apartment dwellers, the suite of amenities also includes a gym, a spa, an infinity deck pool and a rooftop bar and lounge.
