Market-leading Hotel Investment Sales Team Joins CBRE in ATL

CBRE expanded its Atlanta-based hotels team with the addition of Robert J. Webster, a commercial real estate industry veteran who brings more than four decades of experience. Webster’s leading, four-member hotel investment sales team joined from JLL. Tim Southard joins as EVP, John Harper as SVP and James Savier as VP.

Webster will serve as vice chairman of CBRE Hotels and president of CBRE Hotels’ Institutional Group. He will work closely with Kevin Mallory, global head of CBRE Hotels, and CBRE Capital Markets leadership to further penetrate institutional segments of the lodging sector throughout the Americas.

Webster’s career spans roles starting as a management trainee at the Plaza Hotel, to director of real estate for Ritz-Carlton Hotels. He adds 30 years of hotel brokerage, amassing a hotels and resorts transactional volume in excess of $20 billion, including the Montage Beverly Hills, Mandarin Oriental Boston, Waldorf Astoria Chicago, Montage Laguna Beach, and Atlanta Marriott Marquis.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
