Mark Witcher Departs Weingarten, Joins CBRE

CBRE has hired veteran retail real estate expert Mark Witcher as senior vice president with the firm’s National Retail Investment Group. Witcher, who will operate in Houston, will focus on representing institutional investors, owners and developers in retail investment sales throughout Texas.

Witcher joins CBRE from Weingarten Realty, where he most recently served as divisional vice president for acquisitions and dispositions. He was responsible for sourcing the company’s Central Region acquisitions, as well as having oversight of the nationwide disposition program. He had been with Weingarten since 2000.
