Mark Washington

Mark Washington Brings Wealth of Experience to CBRE

Mark Washington recently joined CBRE capital markets as an executive vice president in Seattle to focus on institutional multifamily sales across the Pacific Northwest. He will join multifamily capital markets professionals in the region alongside Eli Hanacek and Jon Hallgrimson.

Washington has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, with involvement in more than $50 billion in capital markets transactions as both a principal and an intermediary.

“Mark is a tremendous addition to our team of multifamily experts in the Pacific Northwest and we look forward to the role he will play in further elevating our investment sales business throughout the region,” said John R. Miller, senior managing director and market leader for CBRE in the Pacific Northwest.

Washington joins CBRE from Eastdil Secured, where he advised clients on investments sales as well as equity and debt capital market transactions within the Pacific Northwest region. Prior to that, he held positions at JLL and TIAA.

Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM. In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
