Mark Dellonte Will Head FHA Production at Capital One

Mark Dellonte has joined Capital One’s commercial real estate team as VP for FHA production, based in Milwaukee and reporting to Kate Byford, head of agency finance. In this role, he’ll serve as the head of Capital One’s FHA platform and will be responsible for expanding the team, developing new products and processes and partnering across Capital One to source new loan volume.

“As the market continues to face uncertainty and volatility, FHA programs remain an attractive option to borrowers, given their consistent underwriting standards, loan terms and interest rates,” said Dellonte. “Capitalizing on these opportunities will help Capital One mature its FHA platform with the goal of growing the business to become a top-10 FHA lender.”

Prior to joining Capital One, Dellonte worked for Berkadia Commercial Mortgage as a senior managing director. Before joining Berkadia, he was president and CEO of Love Funding Corporation for more than a decade.
