Marina Renovations Launched at Marina Del Rey MF

Legacy Partners commenced marina redevelopment at Wayfarer Apartments + Marina, previously known as Mariners Bay. The multi-phase renovations to the 311-slip marina will fully deliver in Spring 2019 at 14000 Palawan Way in Marina del Rey, CA.

The renovations, required as part of Legacy’s development agreement with Los Angeles County, will fully replace the existing docks, and include state-of-the-art upgrades to its power and water service delivery, as well as the addition of high-speed cable internet hookups. The work is part of the larger $65-million multi-phase renovations to the Marina and the 379-unit apartment complex, both originally built in the mid-1970s.

The renovation to the apartments includes updates to all appliances, fixtures and balconies, as well as installation of high-efficiency windows, new central heating and air conditioning, and three lighted tennis courts. Phase I, II and III renovations are complete, with Phase IV slated for delivery next month.
