Maria Burke Interiors Moving Design Studios to Charlottesville Shopping Center

Maria Burke Interiors, LLC is moving its design studios and five employees to Townside Shopping Center, a 60,000 mixed-use project located in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Founded in 2015 by Maria Burke, the firm intends to take occupancy of the new space at 2215 Ivy Road by early fall. Sam Orr and Brian Thomas of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant in this lease transaction. “The new location offers excellent expansion opportunities for Maria and her team, and we are certain the firm will experience continued growth and success in this great location,” said Orr.

Townside Shopping Center is a two-story project featuring a mix of corporate office, professional services, retail tenants, and restaurants and is adjacent to the University of Virginia. “The strategic location of Townside Shopping Center and its high-profile exterior will serve as a corporate advertisement for Maria Burke Interiors, which will translate into increased business activity,” said Burke.
