Margo Arriving at Frisco’s Canals at Grand Park

StreetLights Residential launched construction on The Margo, a 358-unit, four-story apartment complex in Frisco, TX. The Margo’s groundbreaking represents the third phase of the Dallas-based developer’s residential project within the Canals at Grand Park; the Kathryn and The Maxwell are both completed and available for lease.

LRK is the architect, while Ink + Oro designed the leasing and amenity spaces. SLR Construction is the general contractor. The Margo will offer studios, townhomes and one, two and three-bedroom units, two pools, a fitness club, game and theater rooms and co-working spaces.

“Our tenants tend to be very active – walkability and accessibility to neighborhood amenities are pivotal – they are looking for a great mix of features complete with modern touches,” said StreetLights’ Doug Chesnut.

The Canals at Grand Park, situated at Canal Street and Cotton Gin Road west of Legacy Drive, is a 152-acre, urban-style village, developed by Arcadia.
