Marcus Partners Snags 117K-SF Warehouse in Sutton

Real estate investment and development firm Marcus Partners has acquired 17 Gilmore, a 116,823-square-foot warehouse building within the Sutton Commerce Park in Sutton, MASS. The sales price was undisclosed.

Located on nearly 17 acres, 17 Gilmore is 100% leased to tenant Advance Auto Parts. The purchase was completed at the end of June and includes an option to expand the building by 96,000 square feet. The property was built in 2003 and features 28-foot clear heights and an attractive loading dock ratio.

Charlie Luce and John Meador of Casco Real Estate Partners brokered the off-market transaction. The seller was not disclosed. Marcus Partners and its affiliates have completed 18 warehouse/distribution acquisitions to date.
