Marcus Partners Sells Methuen MOB Leased to Dana-Farber for $30M

Marcus Partners has sold a 94,325-square-foot office building in Methuen, MA for $29.5 million.

The buyer of is a joint venture between AEW and Celera Properties. The Branch Street property, originally a vacant office complex, was redeveloped a medical facility with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute as the anchor tenant.

The building is now 66% leased with 32,550 square feet of Class A space available for lease.
