Marcus Partners Sells Boston Industrial Collection for $173M
Marcus Partners has completed the sale of the Northeast Logistics Portfolio, a four-building warehouse/distribution grouping located in suburban Boston, MA, to GCP/Modlo for $173 million. A Marcus Partners affiliate first acquired the portfolio in 2018 for $83.8 million.
“Industrial remains a high-conviction investment theme for our firm,” said Ryan McDonough, principal at Marcus Partners. We are focused on continuing to grow our existing 3-million-square-foot portfolio through a mix of cash-flowing acquisitions and ground-up development across our target markets along the Boston-Washington, DC, corridor.”
The portfolio includes 192 Mansfield Avenue in Norton, 100 Adams Road in Clinton and 132 Campanelli Drive and 1010 West Chestnut Street in Brockton. The buildings total more than 1 million square feet and are 100% leased to 11 tenants.
Newmark’s Robert Griffin, Edward Maher, Matthew Pullen, Ed Jarosz, Tony Coskren, Brian Pinch and Samantha Hallowell represented the seller and procured the buyer. Newmark’s Nick Revers provided financial analysis.
