Marcus Partners Opens Munters Flagship Facility in Amesbury

Marcus Partners joined climate control leader Munters to open its flagship facility in Amesbury, MA. The 430,000-square-foot site houses its desiccant dehumidification products and services and other climate control solutions for the North American market. The project was completed on behalf of Munters by Marcus Partners, which oversaw the entire development and construction process.

“We are proud to have partnered with Munters, the City of Amesbury and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to deliver a facility that supports the growth of advanced manufacturing careers,” said Paul Marcus, CEO of Marcus Partners. “Our sincere thank you to Munters for entrusting us to develop this state-of-the-art and highly sustainable project, to Amesbury for its collaborative spirit and to state leaders for their steadfast support in making this project possible.”

To better meet the demand for precision temperature and humidity control solutions, the facility significantly increases capacity, improves workflows and supports the delivery of higher levels of customer service in Munters’ target markets.
