Marcus Partners Names SVP, Asset Management

Michael Ferrucci has been promoted to SVP of asset management at Marcus Partners, a real estate investment, management and development firm headquartered in Boston. He will lead asset management and portfolio strategies in the Boston region.

Ferrucci joined Marcus Partners in January 2018 and has been an integral part of the acquisition team’s transactions in the Metro Boston and New York markets. Most recently as VP, investments, he has been involved in the company’s acquisition strategy.

“Mike has been a core player for us and his new role emphasizes our team’s focus on cross training and teamwork across different disciplines,” said Peter Cameron, head of assets at Marcus Partners. “His recent success in working within multiple disciplines across multiple markets and product types positions him well for this opportunity where we expect he will continue to thrive.”

Before joining Marcus Partners, Ferrucci worked for AEW Capital Management in the direct investments Group with a focus on industrial, multifamily, and office properties along the East Coast.
