Marcus Partners Drops the Beat on Three Fully Leased Ground-Up Industrial Projects
Marcus Partners has completed three Boston area Class A industrial ground-up developments.
- 20 Constitution Drive in Taunton was bought in May of 2021 and will be fully occupied this summer. The 88,000-square-foot property in Myles Standish Industrial Park was a physically obsolete Class-C office building acquired off-market, demolished and reconstructed into a state-of-the-art facility.
- 64 Research Drive project in Haverhill was completed with Howland Development in just over a year. The 104,380-square-foot project is located just off I-495 in one of Boston’s tightest markets. Crane Worldwide will occupy the entire facility.
- 206 Grove Street in Franklin is a new 150,000-square-foot Class A industrial asset. A single tenant has signed a long-term lease for the full building.
