Marcus Partners Closes $650M Fund at $100M Over Original Target
Boston, MA-based Marcus Partners has closed Marcus Capital Partners Fund IV, L.P., with commitments totaling $650 million, which exceeds both the original $500 million fundraising target and $550 million hard cap
The firm is active in three primary metro markets: Boston, MA; New York, NY and Washington, DC. In recent years, Marcus Partners has particularly focused its value-add strategy on industrial, multifamily and life science investments, while simultaneously possessing the ability to invest across additional property types.
Marcus Partners affiliates owns, operates or is developing more than six million square feet of real estate and 1,300 multifamily units.
