Marcus Partners Appoints Patrick Sousa as COO, Head of Capital

Boston, MA-based Marcus Partners has named Patrick Sousa as COO and head of capital.

Sousa will oversee the firm’s day-to-day business operations while also leading capital raising and limited partner relationships for the firm’s investment vehicles with founder and CEO Paul Marcus. He will also play a lead role alongside Marcus in setting firm-wide vision and will also serve as a member of the firm’s investment committee.

Prior to his current role, Sousa led some of the firm’s most significant development projects and has maintained a leadership role in the firm’s development activities. 

Sousa serves on the board of directors at NAIOP Massachusetts and is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA).
