Marcus & Millichap to Unveil 2020 Forecast on Webcast This Week

Marcus & Millichap is hosting a six-part webcast this week, titled “Mastering the Markets,” which will explore emerging trends across the major commercial real estate asset classes. The interactive webcasts are a chance to take a peek into the coming year when the investment brokerage presents its 2020 forecasts for six different property types.

Not only is Marcus & Millichap one of the first companies to reveal its 2020 predictions, but the unique insights supported by factual data in this advance look into the coming year will also allow investors to refine their strategies and use them to make investment decisions.

The popular live webcasts will highlight the top issues, concerns and opportunities Marcus & Millichap experts have already identified for 2020. It will also be a chance to tap into deep insights from key sector leaders outside the company, who will share their outlook on the industry and how they see it shaping up.

The deep-dive discussions will be led by key Marcus & Millichap investment experts for each sector, and feature John Chang, senior vice president and national director of Marcus & Millichap Research Services, as well as highly-respected CRE industry leaders from other companies. The webcasts will include focuses on multifamily, retail, office, industrial, self-storage and hotels, as well as a strategic macro-perspective session. A unique feature of the webcasts will be a showcase of select assets that reinforce emerging trends in the marketplace. Webcast attendees can view actual inventory and download a booklet of listings.

Snyder (Office & Industrial Investment); Dominium’s Brendt Rusten and Monarch Investment and Management Group’s Bob Nicolls (Multifamily); Westwood Financial’s Mark Bratt (Retail); Peachtree Hotel Group’s Brian Waldman (Hospitality); and Public Storage’s Mike McGowan and The William Warren Group’s William Warren Hobin (Self-Storage).

The Investment Strategies and Outlook presenters include Marcus & Millichap’s Scott Holmes, Alan Pontius, John Sebree and Chang.
