Marcus & Millichap Sells Large Kansas Storage Mart Property

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Services of Kansas, Inc. announced the sale of Storage Mart, a 34,980-square-foot self-storage facility located in Salina, Kansas.

Gabriel Coe, Brett R. Hatcher, and Nathan Coe, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Colby Haugness, Kansas Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction. “This was sold to an out-of-state buyer with multiple competing offers,” said Gabriel Coe, the lead agent involved.

Storage Mart is located in the heart of Kansas about 105 miles west of Topeka and 75 miles north of Wichita in Salina, Kansas. This facility was built in 2009 and currently features 33 non-climate-controlled units that are 100 percent physically occupied. Storage Mart is situated on just over five acres of land and benefits from excellent street frontage.
