Marcus & Millichap Sells Grocery-Anchored WI Property
Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a 112,010-square foot grocery anchored multi-tenant retail property located in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The asset sold for $14.9 million with a CMBS loan placed on the acquisition.
Senior Managing Directors, Austin Weisenbeck and Sean Sharko, as well as Associate Marc Sitzer, all investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company with overseas decision makers.
The team procured multiple offers and secured and represented the buyer, a Michigan-based limited liability company. Regional Manager Todd Lindblom assisted in closing this transaction.
Located at 601-921 Meadowbrook Road, the property is anchored by Sendek’s Grocery Store. Seven of the tenants have remained at the property for over a decade, ensuring stability and loyalty. Notable occupants include Walgreens, McDonald’s, and Cost Cutters, who have been present for over two decades.
