Marcus & Millichap Sells Framingham Apartments for $6M 

Parkside Court Apartments in Framingham, MA., has been sold for $6.2 million. The names of the buyer and seller were not disclosed. 

Evan Griffith, Tony Pepdjonovic, and Jeremy Buckley of Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer. 

The multifamily complex, located at 301 Grant St., comprises 30 units featuring 1-bedroom layouts across 20,360 square feet. “With renovations already completed on half of the units, this property offers investors a clear proof of concept and road map to increase the remaining rents to market levels,” said Pepdjonovic.
