Marcus & Millichap Seals Deal for Midtown West Offices

Marcus & Millichap arranged the $16,150,000 sale of 254-258 W. 35th St., a 16-story traditional office building in Midtown Manhattan. The building previously operated as a traditional garment manufacturing facility.

Eric Anton and John Stewart, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, a local private investor. “We were very pleased to successfully close this Midtown Manhattan transaction,” said Anton. “Over the past two months, both buyer and seller collaborated closely to complete due diligence and ensure a smooth closing process.”

Built in 1924, the 106,642-square-foot property was owned by the same group for several decades. Situated in Midtown West, it is steps from Moynihan Train Hall and major subway lines, and benefits from its connectivity as well as the neighborhood’s continued transformation into a hub for tech and media tenants.
