Commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of a 64,148-square-foot self-storage development in New Haven, CT.

Luke Dawley, Nathan Coe, Brett R. Hatcher and Gabriel Coe with Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, also limited liability company, was secured and represented by Marcus & Millichap’s Luke Dawley, Nathan Coe, Brett R. Hatcher and Gabriel Coe while John Krueger assisted in closing this transaction.

“We are excited to close on another fully entitled self-storage development in a changing market with an out-of-state buyer, which is a testament to the positivity in the storage market for years to come,” said Dawley.

The asset is located approximately four northwest of downtown New Haven, Connecticut. The project has all approvals and construction documents in place and proposes a four-story facility with 45,525 net rentable square feet and 456 climate-controlled self-storage units.
