Marcus & Millichap Promotes Jim Shiebler, Capital Affilate Hires Patrick Greenwood

Marcus & Millichap has promoted Jim Shiebler to SVP, investments in the firm’s Tampa, FL office.

Shiebler joined Marcus & Millichap in 2016 as an associate and since then has closed over $708 million in total sales volume averaging a 96% list-to-close ratio.

Shiebler is a senior partner of the Medefind Garner Shiebler Group, a team that specializes in single-tenant net-lease restaurant assets throughout the Southeast US and multi-tenant retail properties throughout western Florida. Shiebler focuses his expertise on the acquisition, disposition and exchange of investment-grade retail properties.

In addition, Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, a provider of commercial real estate capital markets financing solutions, has hired Patrick Greenwood as VP, capital markets in its Tampa office.

Greenwood will originate debt and equity transactions for an array of property types including multifamily, retail, office and industrial. Over the course of his career, Greenwood has been involved in the closing of more than $1.5 billion in transactions. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, he served as assistant VP with Capital One Multifamily Finance.
