Marcus & Millichap Promotes Hurd to First Vice President in Tampa

Marcus & Millichap has promoted Daniel Hurd to First Vice President of Investments in the firm’s Tampa office.

Hurd joined Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office in May 2014. He specializes in retail investments with a primary focus in single-tenant net-lease properties through the southeastern United States. Hurd is currently a member of the National Retail Group and Net Leased Properties Group. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida in 2012.
