Marcus & Millichap Promotes Garner to First Vice President in Tampa

Commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap has promoted James Garner to First Vice President Investments in Tampa.

Garner, specializes in retail with a focus on the single-tenant net-leased sector. He has been labeled as an expert in multi-tenant shopping centers and net-leased properties by his peers. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Garner worked for Ingersoll Rand on commercial projects being developed in New York City, including high profile projects such as the new World Trade Towers.
