Marcus & Millichap Opens IPA Seattle Office

Marcus & Millichap has expanded its Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) division to Seattle. IPA is focused on the sale and acquisition of multifamily properties.

Peter Shelton has been tapped as the new team’s executive director, with Kim Grant coming on board as senior director. They are working out of Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office, at 601 Union St. Both team members worked with Cushman & Wakefield and Kidder Mathews before joining IPA.

“With the presence of Pete and Kim in Seattle, IPA provides institutional and large private investors with value-added brokerage services up and down the coast,” said Joel Deis, regional manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office.
