Marcus & Millichap Negotiates Sale of Creative Office Property

Real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $3 million sale of Barrio Logan Retail & Creative Office, a 7,500-square-foot property in San Diego, CA. The firm’s Nick Totah and Ross Sanchez in the San Diego Downtown office represented the seller, Plantanos Verdes, LLC. The buyer, ULG Holdings, LLC was represented by Karla Vidrio of Familiar Real Estate.

Located at 1805 Newton Avenue, the retail portion of Barrio Logan Retail & Creative Office is fully leased and the office section will be occupied by the buyer. Built in 1961, and renovated in 2010, the building has a unit mix of 64% creative office and 36% retail.

The property, in the Barrio Logan neighborhood of San Diego, is only one mile from Downtown with quick access to Logan Avenue shops, Chicano Park, the Coronado Bridge, the Convention Center and the Interstate 5 freeway.
