Marcus & Millichap Negotiates $2M Sale of Net-Lease Retail Property in Bonita Springs

28370 Trails Edge Blvd.

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $1.8 million sale of a retail property net-leased to fast food chain Taco Bell in Bonita Springs.

The 2,191-square-foot property is located at 28370 Trails Edge Blvd. and has five years remaining on the lease term. The location is operated by one of the largest Taco Bell operators in Florida and has been open for more than 24 years.

Jim Shiebler, James Garner and James Medefind of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented the seller, a tenant in common, in the transaction. The trio also represented the undisclosed buyer in the purchase.
