Marcus & Millichap Lists La Quinta Inn in Minneapolis for Sale

Marcus & Millichap announced the exclusive listing for sale of the La Quinta Inn & Suites Bloomington-Minneapolis, a 17-story hotel property located in Bloomington, Minnesota. Joseph Ferguson and Jon Ruzicka, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, are marketing the property on behalf of the seller.

La Quinta Inn & Suites Bloomington-Minneapolis is a 17-story, 233-room hotel located near the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport and the Mall of America. The hotel offers a wide array of guest amenities, including an indoor pool, fitness center, business center and 3,200 square feet of versatile event space spread across three meeting rooms.

Strategically positioned in Bloomington with high visibility from I-494, the hotel benefits from the area’s high average daily rates and its proximity to 14 Fortune 500 companies, including Target and 3M, as well as significant medical institutions like the University of Minnesota and Mayo Clinic.
