Marcus & Millichap Hires McCalla as Senior VP in Atlanta

Commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap has hired John McCalla as senior vice president of investments in the firm’s Atlanta office. McCalla will be responsible for serving clients in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets in Atlanta and throughout the Southeast.

Previously, McCalla was with Marcus & Millichap from 2005 to 2014. Most recently, he was a managing director at Berkadia from 2014 to 2020. During his career he has sold more than 78,400 multifamily units valued at $4.6 billion.

“I am excited to be back at Marcus & Millichap where I can bring the benefits of the firm’s unique marketing platform to my clients,” said McCalla. “I’m looking forward to leading a team in Atlanta and extending our services to even more multifamily investors in the Southeast.”
