Marcus & Millichap Finalizes Deal for DuPage MOB

Marcus & Millichap closed on the sale of DuPage Medical Group, a 6,600-square-foot net-leased property located in Oak Lawn, IL. The medical office building sold for $1,596,019.

First VP Dominic Sulo and senior associate Richard Kozarits, based in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Sulo and Kozarits.

Financing was obtained on behalf of the buyer by SVP Dean Giannakopoulos and senior director Frank Montalto with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation. An attractive, 10-year fixed term, with 30-year amortization and 3.70% interest rate was secured from a balance sheet lender.

DuPage Medical Group is located at 4861 W. 95th St in Oak Lawn, near the intersection of 95th Street and Cicero Avenue and minutes from Midway International Airport. The deal went from contract to close in 29 days.
