Marcus & Millichap Facilitates Sale of Grand Rapids MOB Property

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of East Paris Medical Center, a 10,011-square-foot, three-suite medical and professional office in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The property sold for $2.13 million.

“Investors were drawn to the property’s strong location and future upside potential, with all tenants currently paying at or below market rents,” said Seth Haron, managing director of investments. Haron, Ashish Vakhariya and Darin Gross, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a local private investor and retired physician.

East Paris Medical Center is located at 1155 E. Paris Ave. S.E. along one of Grand Rapids’ most active healthcare corridors. The fully leased property is anchored by Trinity Health Michigan and is surrounded by major healthcare providers, including Corewell Health Blodgett Hospital, Corewell Health Butterworth Hospital and Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital.
