Marcus & Millichap Facilitates $2M Sale of Capitol Hill Multifamily
Marcus & Millichap has completed the $2-million sale of a 4,323-square-foot multifamily apartment complex in the Capitol Hill area of Washington, DC.
Nick Murray, Marty Zupancic, Joseph Tabb, Dennis Cravedi and Eric Jentoft-Herr of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller — a veteran-owned, short-term furnished housing provider that has been operating this property as a part of its larger portfolio in Capitol Hill for almost 30 years — and sourced the buyer.
“It was a pleasure working with both the seller and buyer completing the transaction in this historic neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Similar, boutique properties in Capitol Hill rarely trade, so we are happy to have executed this assignment for all parties involved,” said Murray.
