Marcus & Millichap Facilitates $18M Troy Retail Center Sale
Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a 129,059-square-foot retail center in Troy, New York, for $18 million. The center, Hudson River Commons, is located at 120 Hoosick St., on 12.2 acres, and is 97% occupied. It is anchored by Big Lots and features a freestanding Sonic, as well as a building housing Starbucks and Saratoga National Bank.
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) is within walking distance of the center. Joseph French and Kodi Traver, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Westchester office, represented the seller and procured the buyer, both private investors. “The seller did a great job redeveloping the property and positioned it perfectly for the buyer to add their finishing touches,” said French.
