Marcus & Millichap Facilitates $11M UWS MF Sale 

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a 36-unit multifamily property in Upper West Side for $11.25 million with a 5.02% cap rate. 

John Stewart and Dylan Torey at Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a long-term private investor, and facilitated the sale to Alchemy Ventures. Max Herzog and Marko Kazanjian of IPA Capital Markets arranged debt financing for the buyer. 

The six-story elevator apartment building, constructed in 1910, is located at 310 W 80th St., between Riverside Drive and West End Avenue. It features thirty-six units, including studios and one-bedrooms, with views of Riverside Park and the Hudson River.
