Marcus & Millichap Closes Two El Cajon Multifamily Sales

Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of two apartment properties in the San Diego suburb of El Cajon. In the larger of the two transactions, the 24-unit 458 Ballantyne St. sold for $6,000,000.

The seller, a family trust, was represented by Graeme Henderson, senior investment associate in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office. The buyer, 7 Mendridge, LLC, was also procured by Henderson.

Henderson also arranged the sale of 121 E. Renette Ave. in El Cajon. The 10-unit multifamily asset sold for $2,730,000.

The seller, a family trust, was represented by Henderson, who also procured the buyer, El Cajon Hills, LLC.
