Marcus & Millichap Closes Self-Storage Portfolio Sale in Oregon

Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of a six-property, 537,962-square-foot, 3,545-unit Secure Storage self-storage portfolio in Ashland, Bend, Prineville, Redmond, Hood River, and Hillsboro, Oregon.

“This family-owned and operated portfolio reflects true pride of ownership as each of the six properties has been meticulously maintained and consistently reinvested in throughout the duration of ownership,” said Adam Schlosser, executive managing director of the LeClaire-Schlosser Group of Marcus & Millichap. “That quality, combined with strong in-place performance across every asset, gave the next investor a rare opportunity to acquire a turnkey portfolio with room to grow.”

Schlosser, Keith Phillips, and Dean Trammell of Marcus & Millichap, in association with David Tabata, Marcus & Millichap’s Oregon broker of record, represented the seller. Ground-level access spans 100% of the portfolio’s rentable square footage, and two of the six properties include dedicated land for future expansion.
