Marcus & Millichap Closes Sale of Manufactured Home Park in Lakewood

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Los Amigos Mobile Home Park, a 72-site manufactured home community on 7.46 acres of land in Lakewood. The asset sold for $9,250,000.

“Los Amigos Mobile Home Community was owned by the same family since its inception, and we were thrilled to assist the seller and buyer in making the emotional transition,” said Dustin Wilmer, VP investments in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office. “Our client, Monte Christo Communities, embodies the ownership values the seller was seeking to feel comfortable with a sale.” The buyer was procured by Wilmer, and the property was sold off-market at the seller’s request.

Wilmer added, “The property is well maintained and fantastically located. Los Amigos will continue to be a high-quality community where the tenants are valued and respected for years to come.” Los Amigos Mobile Home Park is located at 20806 Gridley Rd. in Lakewood.
