Marcus & Millichap Closes Los Gatos Apartment Deal

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Fairview Plaza, a four-unit apartment property located in Los Gatos. The asset sold for $2,100,000, totaling $525,000 per unit. The buyer was not disclosed.

Michael Henshaw, senior managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Palo Alto office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. “The property was aggressively marketed resulting in multiple offers,” said Henshaw. “This premier location with magnificent curb appeal is a very desirable part of Los Gatos-Los Gatos School District.”

Fairview Plaza is located at 95 Fairview Plaza in Los Gatos. Built in 1892, the well located 0.19-acre four plex with 2,689 rentable square feet is adjacent to a small park. It also provides tenants with quick access to Downtown Los Gatos and Silicon Valley.
