Marcus & Millichap Closes Hospitality Sale in Suburban Matteson

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of Comfort Inn, a 104-room hospitality property in Matteson, IL. The sales price wasn’t disclosed.

The hospitality sales team of Ebrahim Valliani, and Michael Klar in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, and Chris Gomes and Allan Miller of Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Austin offices, respectively, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a local private investor.  The buyer, a local limited liability company, was secured and represented by Valliani, Klar, Gomes, and Miller.

Comfort Inn is located at 5210 Southwick Drive in Matteson, less than a mile from Interstate 57, 25 miles from Midway International Airport, and 45 miles from O’Hare International Airport.  The property was recently fully renovated, leaving the new investor with minimal transfer of the property improvement plan. Valliani credits the smooth closing and transition to excellent communication between the buyer, seller, and lender.
