
Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation Arranges $11M Buy Loan for Norcross Retail Center
Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation has arranged a $10.8-million acquisition loan for Peachtree Parkway Shopping Plaza, located at 5450 Peachtree Parkway in Norcross, GA.
The loan was secured by Garrett Fierstein with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, a provider of commercial real estate capital markets financing solutions.
“The shopping center’s ideal location off Peachtree Parkway Corner, along with its diverse retail offerings, made this property a highly desirable asset for both lender and buyer,” said Fierstein. “We were able to secure very favorable financing terms including a 10-year fixed rate with a 25-year amortization and no prepayment penalty.”
The 94,174-square-foot retail shopping center sits on 8.88 acres proximate to Peachtree Parkway for access to the greater Atlanta region.
