Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of a medical office building in Plainfield, IL a little more than a year after the seller acquired it

Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of Plainfield Offices After One-Year Hold

Marcus & Millichap has closed the sale of Plainfield Medical Building, a 20,281-square foot office property located in Plainfield, IL. The asset sold for $3,000,000.

Tammy A. Saia, first VP investments, and associate Tami Andrew, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a Chicagoland limited liability company.

Located at 23909 W. Renwick Rd. in Plainfield, the office property is 100% occupied and features a new roof and parking lot. The seller purchased the building a little over a year ago and decided to sell after making repairs and adding tenants. The buyer was secured by a cooperating brokerage firm.
