Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of Columbus Industrial Property
Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of a 25,360-square-foot industrial property, occupied by Service Partners, in Columbus, Ohio, for $2.52 million.
“There was significant interest in this asset, particularly from out-of-state buyers, driven by the strength of the tenant and the stability of the lease,” said Nathan Pealer, managing director investments. “The property ultimately sold for 99% of the asking price, underscoring the continued strong demand for industrial investments in the Columbus market.” Pealer, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, RM-USE LLC.
Located at 2536 Creekway Dr., the property is fully leased to Service Partners under a new triple-net lease with 2.5% annual increases through May 2029. The tenant, a subsidiary of TopBuild Corp., occupies both bays of the 1988-built, small-bay industrial facility, which spans 25,360 square feet on 1.48 acres. The building features 18-foot clear heights, block construction and ample loading.
