Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of Arlington Heights Apartments

Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of Dryden Apartments, a 100-unit property located in Arlington Heights, Illinois.

Ryan D. Engle, senior managing director, and Andrean Angelov, senior vice president, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, both private investors.

Dryden Apartments sit on 1.72 acres at 1-21 North Dryden Place. Built in 1960, the 70,681-square-foot property includes 48 one-bedroom and 48 two-bedroom units, along with four office units. It is one mile from downtown Arlington Heights and the Metra station and approximately 27 miles northwest of the Loop, with convenient access to Interstate 290.
